Food Pantry Need Survey: For Employees
The MCAD Kart Club has made this survey to determine if there is a need for a food pantry at MCAD. The purpose of the food pantry would be to address any hunger and food insecurity that may exist among the campus population. Your participation is very important – the results of this survey will help determine our plan
going forward.

This survey is completely voluntary and anonymous and should only take a couple minutes to complete.
