Please fill out and submit this form to request a faculty member be provided access to one of your courses that has concluded (if you are trying to add a faculty member to a current or future semester's course, please use the instructions here). This request will be processed within 72 hours. Faculty being given access to your course must have a FERPA form on file with the University of Wyoming.

Please note the faculty member will be added as Guest Instructor. They will be able to view, add, and delete files, view assignments, view discussions, and view students in the course. They will be unable to view student submissions or student grades.
