MGA 2015 CODE SUBMISSION FORM
This form provides the Geocaching Adventure 2015 Committee with a list of the Geocachers that completed the Adventure by successfully finding the special Geocache in all 13 parks. When you complete and submit this form you will be E-mailed the address to which to send your puzzle solution. Your puzzle solution will be entered into a drawing for one of the 2016 Metroparks Season Passes. The drawing will be held in early December. The information obtained by this form will not be shared with anyone other than a list of the Geocaching team names on MGA2015.com that completed the adventure. This form must be completed before December 1, 2015. None of the information in this form will be shared with anyone.
