Family's Workshop and Alumni Reunion Registration Form
Welcome to the GPA Families Workshop & Alumni Reunion Registration Page!

We are working with the staff of Estes Park YMCA to best prepare for your visit.
This registration form will notify the GPA staff of your attendance and allow us to best prepare for your arrival. Registering with Estes Park does not automatically notify GPA of your attendance/ arrival.

The GPA Alumni and Family workshop will be from Friday night (7pm) on April 17th until Sunday after lunch on April 19th.

ESTES PARK ROOM AND BOARD PACKAGE:

Room and board package deals offered by Estes Park YMCA include the following:
     - Friday, April 17th – room, NO meals (please arrange for dinner on your own)
     - Saturday, April 18th – room + breakfast, lunch, and dinner
     - Sunday, April 19th – room + breakfast and lunch

Prices vary based on the size of your party:
     -1 person $242
    - 2 people $153
    - 3 people $123.34
    - 4 people $108.50
    - 5 people $99.60
    - 6 people $93.68
    - Children (6-12yrs) $40

*Any additional meals outside the package will cost an additional $10 per meal, and you will need to purchase the additional meal tickets on site at the YMCA.*

REGISTERING FOR ACCOMMODATIONS:

There are two options for accommodations:

Option 1:

If you are happy with accommodations with your own private party, you may register directly with the YMCA at http://www.reseze.net/cassets/mkt/YMCA/landingpage/498384.html.  After registering, please fill out and submit the relevant information in this form so that GPA will be notified of your party’s attendance.  

*Simply registering with the YMCA will not notify GPA of your attendance.*

Option 2:

If you wish to increase the size of your party by finding additional guests with whom to share accommodations and thus decrease the cost of your stay, please indicate so in the “Accommodations” section of this registration form.  We will pair you with other guests and register your party for you.  

In this scenario, *Do NOT register directly with the YMCA.*  

REGISTERING FOR FAMLIY'S WORKSHOP/ ALUMNI REUNION:

After determining your accommodation preference, please fill out the following form. This will notify the GPA staff of your attendance. One registration form should be submitted per family/party.

Note: If you have not yet purchased airplane tickets there will be a portion of the form that you will not be able to fill out. Once you have your arrival and departure information, please email information to thanhgpa@gmail.com.
