Arts Action Festival Stalls Call Out
As you may know, on Saturday 25th October, Sibling Arts are launching their inaugural Arts Action Festival, aiming to build more capacity and collaboration between creativity and activism. Together we can make change irresistible!

At the event, held at Rich Mix in Shoreditch for the one-day event, we are making space for stalls, offering local organisations and campaigns the opportunity to talk about their movement with attendees and others involved in creative activism.

Our aim is that your cause gets as many people interested as possible. We have capacity to welcome up to 1200 people through the doors on the day, and we want to make the most of every moment and every square metre to achieve the maximum impact for our community.

Please let us know what you would like to use a stall for, and what you need on the day.

Notes on timings:
We have a very strict timeline to adhere to on the day:
- Stalls set up at 12:00-14:00
- Event begins at 14:00
- Event ends at 18:00
- All stalls out of the building by 18:45

//

Having a stall at the festival grants you access to the festival: connect, scheme, and celebrate with us!

You don't have to be involved in the arts (or political campaigns), we would like you to have the opportunity to cross-pollinate with other sectors/organisations!

//

Notes on fees and financial support:
The festival is a non-profit venture, and having stalls reduces the event's capacity; we're trying to cover our costs for the event, and offer bursaries and financial support to under-resourced organisations, so if your organisation is in the place to do so, we invite stall-holding organisations to make a donation. We have different suggested donations:

If you're a small, under-resourced organisation, apply below for a FREE INVITATION - grassroots offer (includes 2 free daytime tickets to the festival)

If your organisation has some resources behind it, consider a £50 DONATION to support smaller organisations - standard offer (includes 2 free daytime tickets)

For larger organisations with larger resources, please consider a £100 DONATION, which goes to subsidising smaller organisations (includes 4 all-day tickets to the festival)

If you're in a strong financial position and want to support the festival and other organisations, please consider a £250 SOLIDARITY DONATION (includes 4 all-day tickets to the festival)

If you're don't have the resources to offer a donation, that's absolutely fine: let us know on the options below and 'apply for a bursary.'

In the meantime, please have a look at our website for more information on our activities, and our instagram to be kept updated with opportunities:
