1. That the Member is an Independent Distributor. Therefore, the member has no authority to bind the Company, nor shall the company be held liable for any contract which the Member may have entered with third parties.

2. Bonuses are paid according to Gifts & Crafts Marketing Plan. Member is required to purchase 1 activation purchase per status. Same status bonus redemption is always applied. Non purchase for 3 consecutive months will result to termination of membership.

3. Activation products are to be determined by Gifts & Crafts, which is subject to change any time and shall take effect immediately upon the issuance of any official announcement or notice.

4. Gifts & Crafts reserves the full and absolute right, at any point of time, even without any prior notice to change, vary or amend or modify the Gifts & Crafts Membership Agreement, Marketing Plan and any of its policies and to withdraw or suspend or terminate the member.

5. The selling price of any Gifts & Crafts Product is determined by Gifts & Crafts and no Member shall be allowed to reduce or increase the price including by way of tampering with the selling price as affixed or determined by Gifts & Crafts on the label or packaging of the Product. That the Company reserves the right, at any point in time to revise the selling price of its Products without any prior notice.

6. Gifts & Crafts reserves the right to terminate the membership and to apply suspension and/or forfeiture of distributorship benefits under any of the following: (a.) if member commits act, which are prejudicial or detrimental to the interest of Gifts & Crafts or of any third party. (b.) breach of Gifts & Crafts Agreement, Marketing Plan or any of its policies. (c.) if a Member is found guilty of unauthorized claims, misrepresentation or discrediting Gifts & Crafts, its management, products, or programs.

7. Member is liable to pay his/her own taxes and other government obligations.
