Soap Carving Workshop RSVP Form

Hey Pre-Dents! 🦷✨

Join us for our first manual dexterity workshop of the year where you'll get the opportunity to carve a block of soap into any tooth you'd like (molar, pre-molar, incisors)! 

This will give you a taste and insight into what it's like to be a dentist by using your hand skills in a fun & creative way! All material and supplies will be provided, just be sure to fill out this form, so we can get enough materials, allowing everyone to participate.
