Brain rest is important for everyone's brain health because our brains aren't designed to be "on" all the time. They need time to rest and integrate. For people recovering from brain injury, rest is even more crucial and is a skill that needs support and tons of practice. My goal is to share this resource to fill a gap in everyone's routine which is high quality and creative rest!
