Cancellation And No Show Policy

All cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time/date.

If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be responsible to pay for 100% of the session.

Payment Policy

Initial Examination visit is $200.00 (1 hour) and subsequent treatment sessions are $180.00 (1 hour). For a complete list of pricing, please visit: https://www.moveitpt.com/how-move-it-works

Travel Fee: for patients located outside of our driving radius, a $50.00 travel charge will be added on to initial examination visit as well as follow up appointments.

Payment, in the form of Zelle, Cash, or Check is due at the beginning of each session.

We are not contracted with any insurance companies. However, the payments you make may be reimbursable by your insurance company if you have Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy benefits; the exact percentage depends upon your plan. Due to the complex nature of insurance claims and reimbursement, we make no promises as to whether you will receive reimbursement. We will assist you in every way possible.
