Thank you for your interest in participating in this exhibition, which will benefit the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and Sean Casey Animal Rescue (SCAR). All proceeds will be donated between these two organizations. The exhibition will occur from September 26 through October 1, 2017 at Blackburn 20/20 Gallery, located at 323 West 39th Street, 5th Floor, NYC. Submissions must be unframed, sized under 18 x 24 inches and priced at or under $200. After filling out this form, please send a high-resolution image of your artwork to <kirstenflaherty1@gmail.com>.

All artwork must be received by Tuesday, September 12th and shipping is the responsibility of the artist. If you live in the NYC area, there will be designated drop off time in which I can receive your artwork. Please note that all artworks should be shipped to me directly at an address I will provide you, and NOT the gallery.
