1. Horse care ONLY session prices (all weekday and Saturday classes and Sunday 11.30 class):
The price for the term is $270 (3x 1 hour and 30min sessions). The price of the badge rally is $75 (a 45 min session testing 2 badges + bird badge in week 4 or an extended session in week 3 of + 30mins). If the children pass their tests, they will earn a certificate and a badge for each topic.
Total price for the 3/4 week term plus badge rally = 345$
2. MOUNTED SESSION WITH HORSE CARE: 45 min mounted riding for complete beginners aged 6 years (BTSC members) or 7 years (non members)-10 years of age plus a 45 min horse care session. The price for for term 3 for members is $390 (3x 1 hour and 30min sessions-45 min complete beginner horse riding, 45min horse care) followed by a badge rally/test week in week 4. The price of the badge rally is $145 (a 45 min session testing basic horse riding skills/test E or bird badge and a 45min session testing 2 horse care badges). If the children pass their tests, they will earn a certificate and a badge for each topic and a certificate and badge for the riding test. For non members there will an additional change of $10 for the term and an additional $10 for the rally.
Members price for the 3 week term plus badge rally in week 4 (usual 1hr 30 session) = $535
Non members price for the 3 week term plus badge rally in week 4 (usual 1hr 30 session)= $555
For children who cannot attend the badge rally in week 4 due to a clash with school holiday dates, we will offer an extended session in Week 3 (1 hr 30 mins + 30mins test). The price will be:
Members price for the 3 week term and 30 min extended badge test session in week 3 badge rally = $390+$75 = $465
Non members price for the 3 week term and 30 min extended badge test session in week 3 badge rally = $390 +$75+$20= $485

Pony Club Riding test 'E': This is the first and easiest mounted pony club test and will assess the children's ability to:
Hold the reins.
With help, touch parts of the pony, mane, neck, tail etc.
With help, ride pony away from assessor at walk, turn round a cone and go back to the assessor.
With help, show trot (rising is not necessary) on the leading rein.
With help, be able to halt at a designated point.
