Tullahoma Area Chamber Of Commerce         Conference Room Rental Agreement
Please read this document and "initial" by each section. Then "sign" at the bottom indicating that you have read and will adhere to the rules. Note: Any text entered as "Initials" will be accepted as acknowledgement of the policy and/or procedure.

Our conference room rental rate is $25/hr - Member Rate and $50/hr - Non Member Rate.
The Conference room is available during Chamber Business Hours. Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-4:00 p.m. during available times according the Chamber calendar of events. 

The use of the conference room is for business purpose only; no personal or social gatherings will be permitted.  No political meetings or religious ceremonies may be held. 

Please take cell phone calls in the back hallway near the restrooms or outside so as not to disturb the Chamber staff.

Chairs may be re-arranged, but need to be returned to their original positions.

We have a Keurig machine that may be used for coffee; however, you will need to provide the K-Cup pods and any other beverage accouterments.

The A/V equipment is available for use.  If necessary, please feel free to stop by the Chamber or contact the TACC Staff, tullahomachamber@tullahoma.org, before your event to be sure that everything is compatible.

You may provide refreshments for your meeting; however, all garbage must be removed and taken outside following the meeting.  The trash can is located in the alley outside the side door of the conference room.  We do not have a garbage disposal so do not dispose of any food waste in the sink.  You are responsible for cleaning any stains in the carpet and/or the use of outside cleaning services if necessary.
