CASS is looking for people with fundraising or event planning skills, or people interested in developing them, to work with Board and staff members on organizational development. Must haves: passion for making great programming to end public sexual harassment and assault in DC possible, ability to work well as part of a team, and a sense of humor. The commitment is about 3-5 hours a week, with some weeks requiring more time.
Here's some more information about what we'd be asking you to do:
-Help CASS carry out its fundraising plan and meet its fundraising goals.
-Work with CASS's Board and staff to create promotional materials and strategies for all of us to spread the word about CASS's campaigns and fundraising events.
-Help CASS build and maintain relationships with donors and corporate sponsors.
-Act as “cheerleaders” for each others' fundraising efforts.
-Liaise with CASS's staff and Board fundraising team to ensure strategic and effective campaigning.
