The Craft Fair benefits the LHS Baseball Booster Club, buying uniforms, field maintenance, training equipment for our baseball program and much more for our players.

Spaces will be reserved on a first come-first-serve basis when booth fee is paid. We will limit the number of direct sales vendors to one per product type (ie: Avon, Mary Kay, Color Street vendor etc).

We will try to do our best to accommodate special requests.(booth space from prior years, wall placement, high traffic area etc.) Floor maps/booth number will be provided once the final layout is complete.

Tables are provided by the vendor.
Electricity - We will have a limited number of spaces with electricity. Please indicate if needed.

Booth Fees are Non-Refundable.

You can pay via Invoice beginning June 1st. (Square invoice will be sent out after June 1st) or Mail checks to LHS Baseball Booster - PO Box 293282 Lewisville, TX 75029-3292. 

We will be sending out invoices June 1st, you will receive confirmation that you were accepted.  Thank you

Craft Show Rules and Regulations

Listed below are a few “must-knows” for the upcoming show. As in the past, the craft show will be held at Lewisville High School - 1098 W Main Street


 Please note, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY THE Lewisville Baseball Booster Club.  An exhibitor may sell his/her space; however, all changes must have the approval of the craft show coordinator.

1.      All exhibited items are subject to approval and the craft show coordinator and the Lewisville Baseball Booster Club board reserve the right to refuse any exhibitor for any reason deemed necessary. 

2.       Visitor shopping hours are 9am – 3pm and vendor operating hours are Saturday 7:00am-3:00pm.  There is NO BREAKDOWN of any booth before 3:00pm unless given direct permission.

3.      Check in & Parking – Upon arriving, please stop by the check in booth located at the front/back entrance to collect your welcome packet.  Once checked in, you may unload at either the front entrance or the back entrance by the cafeteria.  After you have finished unloading, we ask that you promptly park towards the back of the parking lot to allow ample space for customers.  Vehicles may not park in the fire lane after loading/unloading supplies.

4.      Assistance Loading and Unloading – We are happy to assist our vendors with the loading and unloading of booth supplies however please keep in mind that we have more vendors than students and cannot guarantee one will be available to you.  Please note that the LHS Baseball players and families are not responsible for any damage that may be done in the handling of anything owned by a vendor.  We ask that you are patient with us and be prepared to move your own merchandise. 

5.      Anything left on the premises of LHS is done so entirely at the risk of the Exhibitor.  Lewisville ISD and the LHS Baseball Booster Club will not assume responsibility.

6.       Raffle Prizes Donations:  The LHS Baseball Booster Club will be hosting a Raffle Prize during the Craft Show.  We request any product (valued at $25 and above) that you might like to make to this event. 

7.      Outlets are on a first come first served basis and are you are not guaranteed one until payment is made and you are notified  by the craft show coordinator that you have secured one.  Vendors will be responsible for bringing an extension cord to plug into a power strip.


8.       We will permit only 1 (one) franchise representative from each franchise company per show (i.e. Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Origami Owl, etc.).  If you have not included these items on your original application, you will not be able to display or sell these items.  We cannot be responsible for upholding the rules of each company, that is left to the individual sales representatives.

9. 

Booth spaces vary in size and some booth dimensions are adjusted to accommodate needed aisle space.  We will do our best to provide comparable or additional square footage in these booths.  Please note that not all booths have a wall, some are free standing.  If you require a wall to lean displays on, please make email the craft show coordinator to see if one is available to you.


10.   LHS Baseball Club craft show officials shall designate selling areas and each exhibitor shall sell and display within the confines of his/her designated areas only.

11.   If a booth space is empty, it is not to be retained by another exhibitor without permission.


12.   Tables are not provided; however, two chairs will be available for each space.


13.   If you need to hang something for your display, you may use painters tape or command strips along the school walls.  No nails or hanging merchandise from our air conditioner vents, ceiling or sprinkler heads is allowed.


14.  WIFI is available on premises but connection cannot be guaranteed.

Food Vendors:  The health department may inspect and check during the craft show to verify that vendors have permits.  They will close any vendor who is not holding the proper permit/documentation. 


Please remember that we are volunteer parents, and we are making every effort to make our show as successful as possible.  Thank you for participating, we enjoy seeing you year after year!
