In participating in Allendale 4th of July Parade, 
(Organization or Individual) agrees to follow all rules and guidelines of the Allendale Rotary Club. You agree that failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the parade at the discretion of the Allendale Rotary Club *
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT I/we further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Township of Allendale the Allendale Rotary Club, and its employees or agents against loss or expense, including attorney’s fees, except in the cases of the sole negligence of the Township of Allendale or the Allendale Rotary Club for loss or expense because of bodily injury, death, or property damage sustained by any person or persons. It is further agreed that I/we, as participants, will maintain general liability and auto insurance for the parade entry.
