Application for Non-Degree Admission
For Binghamton University Exchange Programs
Instructions: Exchange student applications are reviewed by the Office of International Programs (OIP) and the relevant graduate or undergraduate admissions office. In order for this review to be completed in a timely fashion and for the preparation of the necessary immigration documents to take place, all information requested should be provided.
Please complete this form and include the following documents. All supporting documents must be in English or be accompanied by an English translation certified by your home campus international office:
(1) An official transcript of all university work completed (please also provide translation if transcript is not in English).
(2) A TOEFL score of 80 (550 paper) if English is not your native language, unless all instruction at the home university is in English. A letter from a faculty member attesting to the nominee’s English proficiency may be substituted for the TOEFL score as long as the student is not using the exchange program to apply for admission to a Binghamton degree program.

Please be sure to attach the required documentation as described on the reverse of the financial form to indicate how the full costs of residency in Binghamton will be covered.
