Welcome! Please fill out the form below in its entirety if you are interested in getting on the waitlist for an appointment.

By getting on the waitlist, you will receive priority notification by email of any available openings. A non-refundable $30 deposit is required which goes towards your service. The notification will detail all booking procedures, pricing, etc. If you have spam filters, please enable receiving emails by my email address (can be found on the contact page).

The appointment times offered are non-negotiable so please only claim appointment times if you absolutely can make that specific time/day. If you request to cancel your appointment after paying the deposit, it will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

If you want to opt-out of the waitlist, please contact me to be removed. Otherwise you will receive periodic notifications with availability. Those who signed up with time-sensitive requests over 1 year ago will automatically be removed. Please feel free to sign up again.
