After/Before School Registration
Please complete this form to register your child for Before or After School Programs. All registrations must by in by August 24, 2018 to begin on the first day of the program, September 6, 2018.

Going forward, your child must be registered one week prior to starting the program. Upon completion of this registration form you will receive a copy for your records and an invoice. Once you have received confirmation of payment your child can start. All information pertaining to the program can be found in the booklet on the website.

If you believe you may qualify for free or reduced priced meals, please go to the Genesis Parent Portal to fill out the application and to find out your lunch status determination.
