    Sustainability Issues

In order to ensure that the event is financially viable we will need to explore options for income streams for future events. Note that in recent years the event cost £350 which included 2 nights' accommodation. In contrast similar events provided by SCONUL, UCISA and ALT-C have cost from £475-£695 (although these event have provided higher standards for meals and accommodation).

    Event Amplification

In 2006 we first experimented with video streaming of plenary talks and in recent years have provided official 'event amplification'. However due to the costs there was no video streaming for IWMW 2014.
