We are excited for the Ward Talent Night on May 4th, at 6pm, at the Frisco Stake Center!  Please fill out this form to participate.

Performance and display submissions will be reviewed by the Talent Night Committee in order to create a balanced program and to streamline audiovisual needs.  You will receive an email confirmation of your entry after your submission has been reviewed and approved.

If you are entering with 2 or more people, please select 1 person as your group contact and submit 1 entry per group.

You will receive a similar form via email on April 23rd allowing you to upload any music/audio you will need played. Music submissions are required by April 30th to be included in the program. No music will be accepted at the event.
