We are excited to announce the first of a series in monthly tech talks for the Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps community in New York City! There will be speakers from Google, Dropbox, and Stack Exchange this month.
The event will be held on Wednesday, January 20 at Google's campus in Chelsea, at 75 Ninth Avenue. Doors open at 5:30pm, food will be served at 6pm, and talks start at 6:30pm and run until 8pm.
For capacity planning reasons, you must RSVP to be allowed by security into the building, and must have a valid photo ID*. We'll be accepting RSVPs until Monday, January 18 or until space fills. You will receive a response by Tuesday, January 19 letting you know if there is capacity for you (first come, first serve!).
Note: this event is strictly for education/professional development - no recruiters or press, please.
* If your preferred name doesn't match your photo ID, we'll print a nametag with your preferred name and your photo ID will only be seen by the person handing you your nametag. Just let us know.
