Hi guys! Here is the order form for signed books. I will mail out books once a month so it will take 2-4 weeks to receive, depending on shipping times.

The cost is as follows:
Option 1:
US and Puerto Rico: $16.99 ($11.99 is the cost of the paperback + $5 for S&H)
International: $31.99 ($11.99 is the cost of the paperback + $20 for S&H)

Option 2:
*You can also send the paperback directly and I will sign and mail back. Just select that option below when you complete the order.
US and Puerto Rico: $5 for S&H
International: $20 for S&H
*Prices are based on average costs of shipping after speaking with several authors regarding costs to mail signed paperbacks.

*Payment can be sent to my paypal at msaubreyt@gmail.com (if you're unable to use paypal for any reason feel free to message me).
*If you're sending straight from Amazon, please mark it as a gift at checkout and add your name and return address to the gift receipt, otherwise you have to wait for ALL orders to arrive so I can figure out which book belongs to each person.
