Before we continue our conversation or meet, I want you to know I'm the most fun, sexiest and safest friend you can be introduced to and I'm not communicating nor meeting you as part of or affiliated with any Law Enforcement Agency nor as part of any ongoing investigation! You have that in writing! And you can give me the same. To that end, please read this contract completely and you will see that I seek to legally protect both of us and you can assure me that you seek to do the same!
 
CONTRACT
The person that you are interested in meeting and that is interested in meeting you has authorized sending you this Appointment/Party Reservation RSVP Form herein after referred to as INTRODUCEE (person you want to be introduced to), already understands and agrees with all parts of the following CONTRACT to protect you legally and you should know they are no threat to your freedom or legal safety. This CONTRACT will hold up in court! If you do not agree with this entire CONTRACT, cease all communication with INTRODUCEE and any affiliated friends or entities otherwise any CONTINUED COMMUNICATION is understood as agreement with this CONTRACT once it has been sent.

By completing this contract and form, you understand & agree INTRODUCEE is not a stripper, not an escort, not a massage provider, nor is INTRODUCEE providing incall or out call nor any services at all for money rather that INTRODUCEE is a highly sensual or sexual person interested in meeting another highly sensual or sexual person where it appears based on your response to my dating posts or our conversation that we share common adult, fantasy, bdsm or dating interests that do not confirm to community norms;

So that we can meet and enjoy each other’s company without anyone misrepresenting our mutual interest as something illegal, you understand that we are being or have been matched for nonerotic and erotic compatibility and we have similar interests in adult lifestyle behavior and alternate adult relationships;

You agree all communication we engaged in up to now and once we meet is for entertainment purposes only and cannot be used as a contract for anything illegal nor as part of any investigation nor as legal testimony in criminal court.

You understand that any gift suggested or donated is for Private Adult Club (PAC) Introduction Fees or Meeting Related Fees (like hosting,  PAC marketing, toys or outfilts, etc) and nothing else and that you can supply a business card for INTRODUCEE to acknowledge this on the back as a receipt or a membership card may be provided with proof there of legal item donated to or the purpose of gift can be indicated by writing "Gift for REAL Club USA Introduction Fees & not representative accepting it" on an envelop and putting gift inside however failure to do either means that gift is not for any illegal services nor any other services at all nor anything other than Introduction Fees.

You understand and agree not to discuss any services nor any fees nor any gifts nor any thing related after meeting INTRODUCEE or once in person and that doing so may result in termination of meeting with no return of Introductory Gift;

You understand introductions are excluded from representatives of all investigating agencies including news, media, law enforcement and their affiliates or associates and you further understand meeting while representing any excluded groups or while engaged in an active investigation related to our meeting without disclosure of that fact is a violation of this CONTRACT and is a breach of this CONTRACT with the violated party's privacy and US Constitutional rights being acknowledged as damaged with liability for damages incurred being understood as the responsibility of the violating party as well as any entity they represent.
