Meals on Wheels Delaware provides complimentary transportation for one chef from each restaurant.  If you would like to bring a sous chef we will require a credit card to purchase their travel (air/hotel) arrangements. We will provide local travel at no additional charge.   *

Insurance: Each participating restaurant is required to submit a two-million dollar general liability insurance policy.  The DuPont Country Club is to be named additional insured along with Meals on Wheels Delaware.    Please call your insurance agent and provide them with the above information as well as the venue address (1001 Rockland Rd, Wilmington, DE 19803).  If serving alcohol you will also need to have liquor liability insurance as well. *
Please submit the application for a temporary food permit to the Board of Health by January 24.  You may send your application direct to MOWD and we will filter it to the Board of Health. Upon receipt of your approved permit, fax it to MOWD at 302.358.2180 or e-mail it to rdodds@mealsonwheelsde.org.   *
