I am so glad that you are wanting to learn more about becoming a Faith Based Fit (FBF) coach! Coaching has been such a blessing in my life and I am so passionate about passing the opportunity along because of what it has done for me and my family!

Let me share a little bit about me before we get started...my team is part of an Elite Top 10 team in a company of over 400,000 coaches. I am so proud of what we stand for and the way we're able to change lives every single day. Over the past few months I have grown as an individual and stepped up as a leader in health and fitness by creating Team Show Up, which serves 30+ members!

The coaches in this organization are committed to:

* Living OUR best embodied life -- Working out, fueling our bodies right, and growing as people.

* Helping OTHERS live into their full potential -- We help others start and maintain fitness routines that will keep them strong, flexible, mobile, balanced, energized, and confident until they are 80+ years old.

* Building businesses that CHANGE THE WORLD -- I am passionate about working with women who have part time or full time jobs but have a vision of being a better version of themselves  by showing up and getting their health on! As a teacher my mindset is to serve, to grow and to challenge; the same is with coaching. When I work with a coach, I want to walk with them through becoming a better person, help them grow, but challenge them along the way to be their best self! The technical aspects of being a coach are learned along the way, but the best coaches are those committed to becoming the most loving, hard-working, generous, kind, visionary versions of themselves.

With that being said, I try to only take on 2-3 new coaches a month. Things I look for:

(1) Willingness to share your journey -- This job requires you to share your health/fitness and personal development journey. We can start slow, but it is essential in order for you to build trust and integrity with the people you hope to serve.

(2) Heart for others -- I am more concerned about your heart for others than your background, education, or training. I can coach you on skills, but I need character.

(3) Coachability -- I need women who are ready to learn and implement what they learn.

(4) Initiative-- There will be questions I can’t answer for you because I am learning myself (we all are). I need you to have the initiative to find the answers when you need them. I also need you to want this business and to be willing to put in the work to nurture it. I can't want or build it for you, but I can show YOU how to make your dreams a reality if you are willing to do the work.
