Survey of the Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Quality of Internet Financial Reporting in Malaysia.
Research Background

Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) is defined as information reporting activities of a corporate through their websites on the Internet to disclose corporate related information and financial information.

IFR is prepared by corporate which is public listed in Bursa Malaysia and owning a corporate websites. Users of IFR can use the information gathered from IFR to making the investment decision. Typical examples of IFR are providing corporate related information e.g. disclosing of corporate events and annual report.

The usefulness of IFR has been an issue for all user groups; this project aims to investigate the impact of perceived usefulness and perceived quality of IFR and towards the intention to use it for decision-making instruments.

In order to achieve the desired goals, the researcher is conducting a survey with user of IFR such as yourself, who are in a position to provide valuable information on attitudes to IFR and related data. We would like to invite you to be part of this study, which will help the researcher to identify level of IFR in Malaysia.

This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. I assure you all responses will be confidential. Completing and returning the questionnaire constitutes your consent to participate.
