Parents are welcome to watch tryouts. However, no other spectators are allowed. Please note the specific check-in time for your daughter's age group; please do not arrive before the designated check-in time begins.

Tryout Fee *
I understand that the cost of participating in the ALM 2018 tryouts is $25 per player. In addition, there will be a $10 late fee if not registered at least 24 hours prior to the tryout. The tryout fee is non-refundable; no exceptions.
Required Waiver *
I, the parent/guardian of the individual named above, do hereby permit participation in the Austin Lady Magic Basketball Club 2018 Tryouts and certify that the Athlete's physical condition is sufficient for full participation in the tryout.I understand that the Athlete's participation involves an element of risk and danger of accidents. Knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. I hereby release and discharge Austin Lady Magic Basketball Club, their directors, Board of Directors, staff, coaches, heirs and executors from any and all liability resulting from participation in the 2018 tryouts. I hereby assume responsibility for any and all costs associated with treatment for injury or health issue that arises during participation in the 2018 Tryouts. In the absence of parent/guardian's signature, payment of fees and participation in the program shall constitute acceptance of the conditions set forth in this release.
