TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once I receive your questionnaire responses, I will reach out with my booking availability and information about sending your deposit if you are ready to schedule. Please read the terms below.
1. Deposits and Payments:
All deposits made for tattoo appointments are nonrefundable under any circumstances. By making a deposit, clients acknowledge and accept this policy. Deposits are intended to secure appointment times and cover initial design work.
2. Rescheduling:
Clients must provide notice in accordance with my rescheduling policy in order to retain their deposit. Failure to give proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In addition, clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment ("no call/no show") will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to schedule a new appointment.
3. Custom Artwork and Design:
For custom tattoo designs, clients agree to provide any necessary references or materials at least 7 days prior to appointment. Failure to do so may result in delays or adjustments to the appointment schedule. I do not send designs in advance. I will show custom drawings the day of the appointment with the option to make changes if necessary. Major design overhaul on day of appointment may result in a need to reschedule the appointment.
4. Health and Safety:
Clients must disclose any medical conditions or concerns that may affect the tattooing process.
