2026-2027 UGHS Feeder Basketball Signup

Please complete this form to register your UGJB athlete for the 2026–2027 School Year Winter basketball league play.  

Each athlete must have a completed registration form.

Boys & Girls | Grades 3 & Up

Eligibility:
• Boys & Girls must live within the boundaries of one of the four UGHS feeder schools or be currently open enrolled.

Important Info:
• Location: Union Grove Elementary School
• Dates: Sunday, August 16 & Sunday, August 23, 2026
• Tryout Times: Released in early August via email

Fees Include:
• Practice sessions
• Insurance
• Practice jersey
• League and tournament entry fees
• Uniforms provided for 4th grade players
