Holiday club booking form for Summer holidays (Jul/Aug 2026)

Kindly fill out this form to secure a space for your child at the holiday club. All holiday club sessions must be prebooked and we cannot accomodate children if their space has not been pre booked. 

The deadline for reserving a spot at the holiday club is 15:00 on the day before the desired date. For instance, the cutoff time for 30th Jul would be 15:00 on 29th Jul.

By submitting this form, you are reserving a spot in the holiday club, and charges will apply regardless of your child's attendance on the scheduled day.

We are planning some trips for the holiday club and would publish the details soon

We do offer lunch for a small cost of 2£ / day. Please select the dates when you would like your child to have lunch provided by holiday club. 
HAF session booking : Holiday Activities and Food Programme sessions are only for families who receive benefit-related free school meals. These sessions are available 27th Jul to 20th Aug from 10 AM to 2 PM (Lunch included).
