     purchased.

    time that a written cancellation of this consent is submitted, whichever is earlier. You agree                                  
    that your information will be deleted/erased after this period.
3. Retain your information in the customer database.
4. Inform you of future promos and base the offers using the personal information shared                                  
    with K-Landia.

You also acknowledge and warrant that you have acquired the consent from all parties relevant to this consent and indemnify K-Landia from any complaint, suit, or damages which any party may file or claim in relation to your consent. Thank you!

Terms & Conditions
1. DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM IF YOU ARE NOT 1000000% SURE OF BUYING THE ITEMS. Bogus buyers                                  
    or joy reservers will be blocked from our page and reported.

2. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. There will be a fine worth 100 PHP for those who have a                                
    valid reason for cancelling their orders.

3. Double check all your details before submitting the form in order to avoid errors. We do not allow                            
    exchange of orders / refunds.

4. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless the items become unavailable.

5. Confirmation emails will be sent to those who were able to secure a slot.

6. Please pay total ordered price + lsf 4 days after receiving order confirmation.

7. We accept late payments. However, a fine of 20 PHP/day will be added to your balance (up to 3 days                              
    extension only). Failure to pay within the said DOPs will mark you as a bogus buyer / joy                                        
    reserver. You will also lose your slot and be blocked from our page.

10. Please note that the shop is not responsible for any damage / loss incurred by the local courier. However, we guarantee you
      that your items will be safely sealed with bubble wrap before shipping. We will also send pictures of your items in good
      condition before shipping as proof.
 
11. Lastly, by answering & submitting this form, you agree and will comply with the terms & conditions                                    
      listed above. Thank you!
Important Details
TO THOSE WHO WILL OPT FOR SHOPEE CHECK OUT (LSF ONLY):
In case of any loss, mishandling or anything that may happen to the item, only the amount of item checked-out which is Php 15.00 in our case will be refunded by the courier. The shop will not be liable for a refund for the damage/loss caused by the courier.
