Our Lesson Policies

  • Payment Policy:
    Tuition fees are due at least 24 hours before the first lesson of each month. Payment by e-transfer is accepted at thegrooveyvr@gmail.com, unless another arrangement has been made with The Groove.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Notice can be given via email at thegrooveyvr@gmail.com. Without sufficient notice, lessons will be charged. 

  • Make-Up Lessons:
    With proper notice, credit will be issued for cancellations and must be used within the same month.  A maximum of one credit of make-up lesson can be given per month.

  • Media Use:
    Photos and videos may be taken during lessons for tracking progress or social media. If you wish to opt out, please contact The Groove.
