RFP Overview
The RFP process serves to identify speakers for TIMES2 Institute’s 2020 I.D.E.A.L. (Increasing Diversity, Equity And Leadership) STEM Conference on Wednesday, March 11th at Rhode Island College in Providence, Rhode Island. The audience will be comprised of approximately 200 middle and high school students from Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as approximately 50 adult chaperones.

The mission of the IDEAL STEM Conference is to increase the engagement of underrepresented populations in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) by exposing students to STEM professionals so they identify these careers as possibilities for themselves and to provide engaging relevant STEM learning for student attendees.

Presentation Topics
We seek innovative, engaging presenters who can motivate young people in STEM topics through interactive, hands-on presentations and classroom-based activities.

Speaker Responsibilities
Provide a high quality and engaging educational presentation for approximately 45 minutes.
