AKRON REALTIST MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
The Akron REALTIST® Association is governed by our Local Chapter By-laws, Code of Ethics and Constitution as well as the guidelines of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). By applying for membership you agree to be subject to these as they now exist or as they may be hereafter amended. Applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors on the first Friday of each month. Once approved for membership, the applicant agrees to pay the applicable membership dues:

BROKER                         New Member -- $220.00            Annual Renewal -- $210.00 
(Licensed in Ohio) 

ASSOCIATE                   New Member -- $145.00            Annual Renewal -- $135.00 
(Real Estate SALES AGENT - Broker is REALTIST member)   
    
ALLIED ASSOCIATE     New Member -- $145.00            Annual Renewal -- $145.00 
(Real Estate SALE AGENT - Broker not a member) 

AFFILIATE                     New Member -- $240.00           Annual Renewal -- $240.00 
(Real Estate Industry partners -  corporations and Individuals) 

Non-Industry-Community Membership   (Non-voting)      
                                       New Member -- $80.00             Annual Renewal --  $80.00

NOTE: AFTER JANUARY 31ST MEMBER DUES ARE INCREASED BY $20.00
