Je souhaite devenir membre de l’ASBL SUCCESS TEAM.
À ce titre, un exemplaire des statuts de la SUCCESS TEAM et du règlement d’ordre intérieur de SUCCESS TEAM m'ont été remis. J'ai pris bonne note de ces documents que je m’engage à respecter.
Par ailleurs, je m’acquitterai d’un montant de
300,00€ sur le compte bancaire de la SUCCESS TEAM :

« SuccessTeam Membership/nom et prénom/période ».
1. Cette somme est constitutive de ma cotisation pour l'année. Cette somme sera acquittée annuellement
(300,00€) au plus tard le 5 du mois suivant la conclusion(complété et envoyé) du présent contrat d’adhésion.
2. La présente adhésion est renouvelée tacitement chaque période, et le membre concerné recevra un rappel concernant le renouvellement du paiement pour la période suivante avant échéance, à savoir avant le 5 du mois suivant la fin de la période pour laquelle une cotisation avait été réglée.
3. Dans le cas où le membre souhaite mettre fin au renouvellement tacite du présent contrat, il devra le spécifier 2 semaines avant la fin de la période pour laquelle une cotisation avait été réglée. Autrement, le présent contrat est considéré comme renouvelé, et une cotisation est due à l’ASBL SUCCESS TEAM.
4. Si le membre souhaite mettre fin à son adhésion avant la fin de la période pour laquelle une cotisation a été réglée, il devra le spécifier par lettre manuscrite ou mail. La cotisation couvrant le reste de la période latente, ne pourra être due ou réclamée par le membre demandeur de se distancier de l’ASBL SUCCESS TEAM.
5. Si l’ASBL SUCCESS TEAM souhaite rompre l’adhésion d’un membre à la suite du non-respect du présent contrat, des valeurs de l'association et des documents y afférents, la cotisation pour la période d’adhésion restante ne lui sera pas due et ne pourra être réclamée par le membre.
6. Si l’ASBL SUCCESS TEAM souhaite rompre l’adhésion d’un membre autre que pour le non-respect du présent contrat, des valeurs de l'association et des documents y afférents, la cotisation pour la période d’adhésion restante sera dû au membre au prorata journalier.
7. En complétant ce formulaire, j'autorise la ST à utiliser mes données pour m'envoyer des emails, des messages WhatsApp et des newsletters.
English version:
I wish to become a member of the SUCCESS TEAM non-profit organization (ASBL).
As such, I have received a copy of the SUCCESS TEAM's statutes and internal regulations. I acknowledge these documents, which I commit to respecting.
Furthermore, I will make a payment of €300.00 to the SUCCESS TEAM's bank account:

REFERENCE: “SuccessTeam Membership/first name and last name/period”.
This amount constitutes my membership fee for the year. This amount will be paid annually (€300.00) no later than the 5th of the month following the conclusion (completion and submission) of this membership agreement.
This membership is automatically renewed each period, and the member will receive a reminder regarding the renewal of the payment for the next period before the due date, i.e., before the 5th of the month following the end of the period for which the membership fee was paid.
If the member wishes to terminate the automatic renewal of this agreement, they must specify it 2 weeks before the end of the period for which the membership fee was paid. Otherwise, this contract is considered renewed, and a fee is due to the SUCCESS TEAM ASBL.
If the member wishes to terminate their membership before the end of the period for which a fee was paid, they must specify it by handwritten letter or email. The fee covering the remainder of the current period will not be owed or refunded to the member requesting to leave the SUCCESS TEAM ASBL.
If the SUCCESS TEAM ASBL wishes to terminate a member's membership due to non-compliance with this agreement, the association’s values, or related documents, the membership fee for the remaining period will not be owed or refundable to the member.
If the SUCCESS TEAM ASBL wishes to terminate a member's membership for reasons other than non-compliance with this agreement, the association’s values, or related documents, the membership fee for the remaining period will be owed to the member on a pro-rata daily basis.
