Mistletoe Quilting Co is currently running an approximately 10-12 week turnaround time. CHRISTMAS QUILTS 2026 : QUILTS FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY ARE DUE BY OCTOBER 1ST. Any quilt delivered after October 1st will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery and may be completed after the Jan 10th, 2027.

If using Cuddle Fleece/Minky, Backing MUST be in one solid piece. There will be no exceptions. *
I understand there is a minimum EDGE-TO-EDGE quilting charge of $50.00 per quilt *
I understand there is a minimum binding charge of $50.00 *
I understand if my quilt should need any special attention including but not limited to - excessive pressing, piecing backings, holes patched, borders, special loading requirements, etc. - I will be charged additional fees according to amount of time spent on such tasks. *
I agree my quilt top, backing, & batting, will be free of excess pet hair, pet dander, pet stains, etc. *
IF LOCAL - I agree I will pick up my quilt within a week of completion. (If you cannot pick up within a week, an invoice will be sent out for payment, and quilt can be picked up at your convience.) *
IF LOCAL - I understand quilt must be paid for before or at time of pick up *
2024 LATE FEE POLICY : There will be a $5/Day late fee assessed on all invoices paid after 7 day grace period. Invoices will be issued the day of or the day following the completion of your quilt. *
