1. Ujian saringan yang tertumpu pada kemahiran pemahaman akan dijalankan bagi menyediakan pengalaman pembelajaran dan pengajaran terbaik kepada pelajar. Hal ini demikian kerana, kemahiran pemahaman yang baiksangat penting bagi membolehkan pelajar memahami, mentafsir dan terlibat dengan bahan pembelajaran atas talian dengan lebih berkesan. / As part of our commitment to providing the best educational experience for your child, we will be conducting a screening test focused on comprehension skills for your child. Good comprehension skills are essential to enable students to effectively understand, interpret and engage with the online learning materials.

2. Saya bersetuju untuk membenarkan anak saya mengambil bahagian dalam ujian saringan ini. Selepas ujian saringan, kami akan menghubungi anda untuk memaklumkan sama ada anak anda terpilih untuk menyertai program ini. Keputusan akan kekal SULIT dan hanya digunakan untuk menambah baik program. / I agree to allow my child to participate in the screening test to assess comprehension skills as part of this  program. After the screening test is completed, we will reach out to inform you whether your child has been selected to participate in the program. The results will remain confidential and used only for improving the program.

Saya bersetuju bagi anak bawah jagaan saya menyertai kelas atas talian mingguan menerusi platform Zoom setiap hari Khamis dari jam 8-9 malam sepanjang tempoh program 3 bulan.
I consent to my child participating in the weekly online class via Zoom every Thursday from 8-9 pm  for the duration of the 3-month program, from start to finish.
