Retreat Goal:
To guide participants in exploring the transformative practices of Christian meditation and prayer, deepening their relationship with God through intentional stillness and reflection.
What You Will Experience:

Insightful teaching on the rich history and theology of Christian meditation.

Guidance on resting in the presence of the Holy Spirit through profound silence.
Cost: $125 suggested donation (donation-based—give what you can).
Includes:

Group spiritual direction with Rev. Michael Estep, Certified Spiritual Director

All meals during the retreat

A personal journal and retreat materials
