Fall 2026 WVAU DEI Director Application!
Hello! Welcome to the WVAU Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director Application! As DEI Director your role is supporting the whole WVAU community, ensuring everyone feels represented and included, and allows for a lot of creativity. Your responsibilities will include: being a resource/advocate for underrepresented voices on campus, collaborating with other board members to integrate DEI principles into WVAU, monitor the culture at WVAU and address any concerns related to bias and inequities. You'll also be expected to work with other orgs on campus to bring in more voices and build community through collaborative events!
