Welcome everyone to the Nick Gabaldon day surf lesson sign in sheet. This is the official sign in sheet for the event on Saturday June 14th, 2014. Surf lessons begin at 9:30 am and end at 1 pm. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER RELEASING ALL PARTIES OF LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF PERSONAL INJURY. Please use the form below to insure that if you attend you will have an opportunity to try to "catch a wave"! Come join us and live the California dream!

Please answer  all the questions as accurately as possible so we have an idea of the resources needed to make your day a success.

(Due to the large number of future surfers signing up, all participants will be given a surf lesson time upon signing in at the Surf Bus tent. We thank you in advance for your understanding)
