We will review all submissions by the July 1st deadline and will reach out to you if your application has been accepted. Please Note: We DO NOT accept walk up volunteers. ALL volunteer positions and shifts will be filled and confirmed in advance with our volunteer coordinators. If you have not made specific arrangements with us in advance please do not arrive before or during the festival and assume you'll be able to volunteer for a ticket.
Generally we need volunteers for the following jobs:Pre-festival Site PrepGate check-inParkingCredential Check PointsHospitality Trash/Green Team Shower/Bathroom tending Post-festival Clean Up
*Accepted and Confirmed Volunteers will each work a total of 12 hours for the festival in exchange for their ticket. This will be scheduled in shifts with our volunteer coordinator. We will do our best to make sure you don't have to miss your favorite bands, but this may not always be possible depending on what shifts are available.
*1st year volunteers will be asked to pay a $100 deposit in advance via paypal. Deposits for volunteers who fully complete their shifts will be refunded immediately following the festival. Any volunteers who do NOT complete their shifts as agreed to in advance will not have their deposit returned and will not be eligible to volunteer for future events.
*A welcome letter containing more detailed information on scheduling, set-up, parking, camping etc. will be sent to accepted volunteers prior to the festival
