WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By checking Yes below this waiver [also, you must print, sign and bring with you the day of show], I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in the car show may involve certain risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, and loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event.

Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Family Frameworks, its affiliates, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation in the car show. This includes any injuries sustained during setup, participation, or breakdown of the event.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and any other parties involved in the car show from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from my actions, omissions, or negligence.

Vehicle Insurance: I affirm that my vehicle is fully insured, and I assume responsibility for any damages to my vehicle or others' vehicles during the event.

Media Release: I grant permission to Family Frameworks and its affiliates to use photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the car show that may include my vehicle or likeness for promotional purposes, without compensation.

Compliance with Rules [below]: I agree to abide by all event rules and regulations as outlined by the organizers, including but not limited to vehicle safety, parking, and conduct during the event.

FAMILY FRAMEWORKS THROTTLE AND THRIVE2 CAR SHOW RULES 2026

1. Eligibility & Entry

Setup will be between 8am and 9am. 

+++Each vehicle must have 2 wheel chocks+++

All vehicles must be in good working condition and must meet safety standards.

Only vehicles registered for the event will be allowed to participate.

Pre-registration is encouraged; please check the event's registration deadline.

**Based on the number of cars, we may allow “day of” registration.

2. Conduct

Show respect for other participants, staff, and spectators.

Loud or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the event grounds.

3. Display Area

All vehicles must remain in their designated display area.

Do not block aisles or obstruct other cars.

Keep vehicles clean and free from trash.

4. Judging

Vehicles will be judged based on categories (e.g., Classic, Muscle, Custom, etc.).

Judges' decisions are final.

No "for sale" signs allowed on vehicles during judging.

5. Vehicle Access

No revving engines or speeding in the show area.

Drivers must follow event staff directions at all times.

6. Awards & Prizes

Awards will be given at the end of the show.

Participants must be present to win awards.

7. Liability

Event organizers are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or damage to vehicles.

Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage and agree to waiver at time of entry.

8. Pets

Pets must remain on a leash at all times. 

Clean up after your pet.
