Science meets Art in a local space-time
Half-day workshop @ Spacetime Academy

告別了 2015 年廣義相對論第一百年，隨著 Lisa pathfinder 的升空，捎來宇宙遠方的訊息，為了多年以後聆聽宇宙的交響詩而準備著，宇宙的深處是精彩的星球生滅、 交互碰撞、 上演著黑洞吞噬周遭星體的場所，這精采的一幕能否經由蟲洞的任意門旅行至宇宙的遠方? 天行者路克掉入了宇宙深處的黑洞，是否能經由五次元的時空而逃離? 充滿黑暗勢力的宇宙，由暗黑能量與暗物質所掌控，每個人心中都住著一個小王子, 為了拯救其他的星球與心愛的玫瑰而努力不懈的與暗黑勢力的蛇對抗, 或許小王子早已被大人遺忘在遠方的 B 612 星球, 但這個世界只要存在著小孩與心理仍舊住著小孩的大人就會有希望。

人因為夢想而偉大，創意的維度裡，是否可以放入藝術與音樂的元素? 新的一年的到來，對於新的時空有著什麼樣的想法與思維，LHC 的對撞維度裡，是否能研究弦的維度的可能性，基本粒子的研究除了新發現與新分類，細微末節中是否可能有新概念生成?

時空研究書苑的新時空裡，為了迎接新的一年的到來與新的時空環境，準備了科學遇上藝術系列的講座與古典吉他音樂會，當科學對撞上音樂與藝術，意識的維度裡，是否能碰撞出更多的可能性? 又能帶給我們甚麼樣的新樣貌與啟發呢?

At the beginning of 2016, Spacetime Academy starts to run one to three workshops per month. To celebrate the brand new year 2016 and the new location of Space-time Bookshop and Spacetime Academy. We prepare the Science meets Art workshops together with the classical guitar mini-concert. In the dimension of our consciousness where science and art meets,  will it lead us more possibilities?   Will it bring us more inspiration?

To learn about more, we sincerely invite you to join our workshops on 1/23 and 1/30.  On 1/23, Dr. Song Sheau-Ming will tell us something about modern art. On 1/30, Prof. James Nester will tell us something about  what is the nature of physical reality for the public. After chatting over the tea break,  a classical guitar mini-concert will perform by the guitarist Chu Chi-Hao. At the end, we will have pop science lectures by Dr. Chih-Hung Wang. Ending remark will be made by Dr. Chih-Hung Wang or Dr. Yu-Huei Wu.
