DHS Stage Crew Application 
Due to such high interest in helping with our High School production, we are sending out this survey to assist us with recruiting stage crew members. Please answer the following questions honestly. We will contact you as soon as possible with results! 

Participating in the High School Musical Productions brings the same expectations as any other extracurricular activity at Defiance. Rehearsals are mandatory and you are expected to arrive on time and with a positive attitude for each rehearsal. Respecting your fellow crew members as well as all cast members is required. If you have any conflicts that require missing a rehearsal, those must be approved by Profe Gibson or Dr. Bob in advance.

These dates are absolutely mandatory unless there is a real emergency that comes up.
