2025-2026 Request for Payment in lieu of transportation Form (PILO)

By completing this questionnaire, you are REQUESTING THE FORM to either accept or reject payment in lieu of transportation (PILO) for the 2025-2026 school year. You will receive an email containing the PILO form which must be completed by 11/14/25 for the 2025-2026 school year. The PILO form, as well as proof of residency, must be received back to us (VIA EMAIL ONLY) no later than 12/19/25. Once the school year ends, verification of enrollment and residency will occur and payment will be mailed during the month of June, 2026. Forms received after 12/19/25 will result in NO PAYMENT.
