Application to download Grover-Mega or RealNews
Thanks for the interest in our paper "Defending Against Neural Fake News"! This is the application form to download the model weights for Grover-Mega, and the RealNews dataset.

Our intended audience right now is researchers. You don't have to necessarily be studying defenses against neural fake news yourself (though that's awesome if you are!) but rather we want to minimize dual use risks by releasing it publicly. Also, since the model might have strong social biases, we don't yet want it to be used in a product setting. If you're looking for it to be used as a detector of neural fake news, please contact us at rowanz@cs.washington.edu .

We hope to freely release it for public download soon, hopefully by Fall 2019.

If you're interested, please fill out the following with your information, and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

For your email address: Please provide an email address that is associated with a Google Account as that'll make it easiest for me to give you permission to download the files (through Google Cloud Storage).

License agreement
We, the researchers at the University of Washington, provide access to the RealNews dataset as well as the Grover-Mega checkpoints (the resources) under the following conditions. By selecting "I agree" the researcher agrees to the following:

1. RealNews and the Grover-Mega checkpoints must only be used for research or education purposes. Use of the resources for malicious purposes, including but not limited to spreading disinformation, explicitly violates this agreement. The resources should not be used for financial gain or profit.
2. There is no warranty regarding RealNews or the Grover-Mega checkpoints. We cannot be held liable for providing access to the resources.
3. The resources should not be provided to any third party.
4. The researcher takes full responsibility for consequences resulting from usage of the provided resources.
5. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, this should not affect the other parts of the remaining agreement.
