* Events that are scheduled more than six-weeks in advance (from day of event submission) are subject to change due to necessity of church-wide events.
The Vineyard Church often incorporates outside individuals and organizations at their events. Therefore, we need to work around the availability of those schedules when planning events. So, if your event is submitted more than two months out, we may need to move your event to a different area of the facility or re-schedule your event for another time. While this conflict of schedules rarely happens we do need to make you aware of it and part or our facility policy.

Cafe / Commons - front space of the building (max 200 auditorium seating, 75 with tables)
Room A - (12-15 max)
Back Foyer Space - open area before entering Auditorium (12-15 max)
Auditorium - must coordinate trained A/V personnel to operate audio and/or visual equip. (250 max)
Nursery - For ages 0-3. Must coordinate childcare plan through Vineyard Church for this room. (15 max)
Classroom 1 - multi-purpose room with whiteboard, room dividers. (30 max)
Classroom 2 - multi-purpose room with whiteboard, room dividers. (30 max)
Classroom 3 - multi-purpose room with whiteboard, room dividers. (30 max)
No deposit required for Vineyard Sponsored Groups; however, our Terms and Conditions* below still apply.
1 - 25 people
26 - 75 people
76 - 150 people
151 - 300 people
Tables (11 large round, 6 rectangle, 5 small round in Cafe/ Commons)
TV / DVD Cart (1)
Audio / Visual - Must hire someone through Vineyard Church to use a/v equipment.
Community Shelves - Toys, games, books, basic art supplies.

*PLEASE LEAVE THE SPACE IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU FOUND IT. This INCLUDES but is not limited to; cleaning, sweeping, discarding trash, turning off lights, and removing all personal items and decor from the space. If you do not wish to clean, remove trash, etc., please make arrangements with the Facility Coordinator to provide such services for a fee.
Upon receiving a space request, if the date and time are available, we will reserve the space for you and contact you with confirmation of your request.
If this is your first event with the Des Moines Vineyard Church we may schedule a walk-thru meeting.
I agree to the use of Vineyard Church facility as listed above and commit to the values and expectations.
