I'm Winslow Dumaine, I'm a game developer from Chicago. I'm making a game called THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF GANGSTALKING.

The game is about paranoia, gangstalking, mind control, and bureaucratic Lovecraftian horror. Players take on the roles of Agents of Gross Cognitive Harm, part of a secret government agency tasked with the surveillance and harassment of American citizens. The entire game will be created by me, by using infrared and thermal photography as well as surveillance videos. Part of this project will require me to have 200+ photos of Targeted Individuals - the citizens who are subject to harassment by the government.
