Christmas at the Ranch 2026 Marketplace Application
Thank you for your interest in joining the 2026 Christmas at the Ranch Vendor Marketplace. After providing the details below, we will respond letting you know what dates are available, based on your interest & product offerings.  PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN APPLICATION, NOT A REGISTRATION- ALL APPLICATIONS ARE BEING REVIEWED AND VETTED.

We are limiting to only 16 vendors, so the more information you can share about your offerings, all the better to help our team select vendors. In consideration to the on-site food vendors, marketplace vendors are asked to not sell products for on-site consumption (pre-packaged items to go are acceptable).  

Ideas: Christmas gift items as well as pre-built gift package sets ready to put under the tree are always great sellers!  (Please note, permanent jewelry vendor slot is already taken.)

NOTE: Currently all spots are FULL for 12/12, 12/18, 12/19.

Marketplace Vendor Information & Policies

Event Hours: 5:00pm-9:00pm

All vendors will be allowed early access for set-up and should be ready for guest arrival starting around 4:45 pm.

All vehicles must be parked in dedicated spaces by 4:00pm. Access to vehicle will be available, but vehicles may not move around the venue between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.

We ask vendors to be prepared to sell and/or serve guests until 9:00pm.

There are no early exits or late entries. For the safety of all, vendors can not drive through the venue until it is cleared of guests. Failure to comply will result in not being invited back in future years.

Vendors will need to sign a waiver and review ranch rules to participate.

For Marketplace vendors, stall includes designated approx. 12x10 space and a standard 110 power outlet. Any displays, furnishings, tables, chairs, etc. are the vendor’s responsibility and must fit within the designated booth area.  Generators, space heaters, etc will not be permitted.

Each vendor will be sent 3 staff tickets per booked night. All staff must have a ticket to enter the venue.

Marketplace vendor space is $125 per night.
