UVA is hosting a special event with Ha Kim Ngoc, the sixth Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the United States of America, where he will articulate a Vietnamese perspective on the post-Trump, post-Covidian world and especially seek to promote and advance understanding between the U.S. and Vietnam. Ambassador Stephen Mull and Professors Pham Quang Hung and Brantly Womack will participate in the discussion. The event is co-sponsored by the East Asia Center, UVA Global Affairs and the Miller Center.
